Emily was a phenomenal hostess upon entry. She greeted you with a smile. Customer service is impeccable 10 out of 10. Her staff also very professional working diligently providing fresh food with amazing taste. This is my second day in a row going over to balance I have fallen deeply for the bubble teas and will be a continued customer. I truly appreciate customer service at an all-time high and love that Emily is very good at what she does so thank you guys thank you our entire staff.

Great food and excellent costumer service. I go to balance often for lunch and it is usually a seamless process despite it being very busy. Even if they make a mistake, they are quick to make it right. This past order is the only time they got my order wrong. I called to let them know of the mistake and they were apologetic and accommodating. They followed up with a phone call and made sure to provide a free remake of my order accessible in the app.

Balance offers a simple yet satisfying menu where you can watch your meal being prepared through the glass-enclosed kitchen, which is impressively clean. We built our own bowl and added Buddha and Wise Man sauces, with Four Star sauce on the side. As an Indian, I loved the Buddha sauce, but my friend enjoyed all three. We also ordered Bang Bang Nachos and Creamy Wontons. The nachos were delicious, especially with the Bang Bang sauce served on the side, while the wontons were just okay. Prices are reasonable—not cheap but not too expensive. The ambiance is peaceful, with a quiet setting and greenery. Service was okay—one staff member was friendly, while others seemed busy. Overall, a good spot for a fresh and tasty meal.

Great spot for a healthy meal downtown. My wife and I liked everything we got. The Budda bowl was really good. I got the Wiseman (Szechuan) sauce as well (both the Budda and Wiseman sauces were served on the side) and it was fantastic. We also really liked our bubble teas - my wife thought her original milk tea was one of the best she's had. My sweet red bean bubble tea was outstanding. Really nice place for a casual meal - could also see myself getting some work done here as they have a number of tables with easy outlet access. Great place!

My family of four went to Balance Pan-Asian today so I could participate in a promotion. I had high hopes for this place but unfortunately, it wasn’t our cup of bubble tea. The complimentary taco trio I had was comprised of the following: bang bang chicken taco, mongo steak taco and orange crunch chicken taco. Out of the three, the bang bang was my favorite but the sauce packed quite a punch to it. The chicken and steak were not warm which was kind of a bummer. The orange crunch taco left a lingering unpleasant taste in my mouth for the rest of the evening until we were able to go grab dessert somewhere else to get rid of the taste. It tasted like a sweet soy sauce that was thicker than normal soy sauce. I had the chocolate milk bubble tea and it was just ok. It appeared as though there wasn’t any ice in it which was different than any bubble tea that I’ve had. My husband and two stepsons (9 and 11), tried the bowls. They also had meat that wasn’t warm. My youngest stepson had rice that was all stuck together in his bowl. We also had the fried cream cheese wontons and edamame. The wontons were slightly overdone and left an aftertaste that was somewhat unpleasant. The edamame was
